She has held interesting portfolios across her career, e.g Heading Voice of customer for Flipkart or Leading the Shipping and Payments design for eBay. She developed a liking for customer experience while working on setting up the customer survey team for Oracle. Her background while working at Nielsen (then ORG GfK) gave her a right mindset to explore the journey into becoming a customer experience professional.
