Shreekant Vijaykar is the Director of South Asian Operations for COPC Inc., a leading advisory and consulting firm that specializes in customer experience (CX) management. He has advised companies in the Asia Pacific region; and outside the region in EMEA and the US on performance improvement. He is often invited to speak at international conferences and industry forums related to the contact center and service industry. A known thought leader in Service Operations Management, he coined the term #DfCX (Design for Customer Experience). Apart from consulting and auditing on the COPC® Standard, Shreekant has an extensive training experience spanning across institutions, universities and corporate houses. He is also a visiting faculty for two of India’s leading business schools in the field of Service Operations Management. He is an avid traveler, blogger, writer, and takes keen interest in community development through education.
